Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Skillgrove platform you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information and tell us at legal@skillgrove.example if you suspect misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, copy or resell content, attack the service, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
Free, Pro and Teams plans are described on the pricing section of the site. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, the change applies from the next period.
Content and skill data
You keep the rights to what you submit. You give us a limited license to host and process it to run the service. Skill scores and badges are indicators and not a guarantee of ability.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms follow the laws of the place named in your contract. Questions: legal@skillgrove.example.
